Trip to Kyoto and Nara

The days were 22, 23 and 24 of November.

Partly Cloudy, it was really cold.

But

The Trip was AMAZING & WONDERFUL.

The warmth of the red autume leaves and the people of Japan has made the trip enjoyable and memorable.

当天蝎遇上金牛 – When Scorpio meets Taurus

天蠍老公　外冷內熱的醋罈子

提到天蠍座，大多數的人都退避三舍，好像遇到刺蝟。天蠍老
公確實令人愛恨交加，怎麼樣才能與天蠍老公和平共存呢？

天蠍老公和處女老公一樣，總是蒙受過多的苛責。其實他們溫

早睡早起身体好。。。

晚上9-11点为免疫系统（淋巴）排毒时间，此段时间应安静或听音乐
晚间11-凌晨1点，肝的排毒，需在熟睡中进行。
凌晨1-3点，胆的排毒，亦同。
凌晨3-5点，肺的排毒。此即为何咳嗽的人在这段时间咳得最剧烈，因排毒动作已走到肺；不应用止咳药，以免抑制废积物的排除。
凌晨5-7点，大肠的排毒，应上厕所排便。
凌晨7-9点，小肠大量吸收营养的时段，应吃早餐。疗病者最好早吃，在６点半前，养生者在７点半前，不吃早餐者应改变习惯，即使拖到９、10点吃都比不吃好。
半夜至凌晨４点为脊椎造血时段，必须熟睡，不宜熬夜。

Let the music begin~~

On a sunny Monday last week , when I was on my way home, I passed by a local 2nd hand item shop, a guitar caught my eye. “Please take me home” it pleaded.

All these while i have been crying to have my own guitar for my stay in Japan. Been to a lot of musical instruments shops and the prices are way up high… barely reachable.

Of course, without any hesitation i took the guitar and walked into the small 2nd hand shops that sells almost everything from cloths to kitchen utensils, and from toys to electronic gadgets. After some short bargaining with my ‘poor Japanese’, i managed to get this YAMAHA acoustic guitar for only 1500 yen (RM45).

The guitar were given a new soul with new strings for a 1000 yen (RM30)

Total the guitar cost me only 2500 yen (RM75). With style and satisfaction~~

LET THE MUSIC BEGIN~ shall we?

Daily Meals in Nagasaki 每日粮食

It has been more than a month since i settled down in Japan.

The living expenses is a lot higher than in Malaysia.

Food is quite expensive i think.

RM12 for a bowl of noodle, RM 15-20 for a set lunch, RM 30 and above if u go for fine dining (mall)

Well the odd thing is… i eat a lot more here  in Japan compared to when i was at Penang.

Most of the time i eat my lunch in the canteen of Nagasaki University

and at night, me and Kae will make our own dinner…
